Back in the early hours of Sunday, March 9th, 1856, at University of Alabama, a group of eight close friends came together, united by a shared vision and a big idea that would ultimately lead to the establishment of what we now proudly recognize as Sigma Alpha Epsilon (ΣΑΕ). This moment marked the beginning of a remarkable journey that has spanned over a century and a half, shaping the lives of countless individuals and fostering a strong sense of brotherhood. As we reflect on this significant milestone, we invite you to join the San Diego Area ΣΑΕ Alumni Association in a grand celebration to honor our founding and commemorate our 170th anniversary!
