Dear Brother Hero,
We sincerely appreciate your unwavering support of the San Diego Area Alumni Association. SAE Alumni contributions are vital in ensuring ample resources for our award-winning programs and events. These contributions are essential for funding our scholarship programs and Leadership School expenses for active members at Cal Alpha Gamma (CSUSM) and the emerging chapter Cal Chi at UCSD. UCSD has achieved remarkable success with 40 new brothers, aiming for 100 members by next spring! With Cal Theta on suspension, there will be numerous opportunities to assist CSUSM and UCSD in supporting and developing their chapters and leadership teams. Be sure to come to Founders Day for a chance to meet and mingle with the current brothers from Cal Alpha Gamma and Cal Chi.
The Alumni Association is gearing up for an exciting lineup of events in 2026, including quarterly luncheons, the Holiday Party, Founders’ Day (March 7, 2026), and the Brews with Bros/Padres game. We will continue Brews with Bros (or as National calls it "Third Thursday"). Third Thursday is a happy hour gathering at local craft breweries, bars or restaturants. We have had some good ones and plan to keep trying to make them better. National halps in marketing these events so we do get a good cross section of alumni, This past Holiday Party, held on Saturday, December 7th at the San Diego Yacht Club, was a fantastic start to the holiday season at a stunning venue.

Lion, Minerva, and Phi Alpha level members will receive personalized event name tags and recognition on our award-winning website. Your contribution at any level is greatly valued. Your support will enable the SAE San Diego Area Alumni Association to continue thriving as it has since 1932. In case you didn;t notice, Lion, Minerva and Phi Alpha level meberships include admission to the upcoming Founders Day (March 7th at SDYC).
