More than a dozen brothers met at Green Flash Brewing in Sorrento Mesa for Brews w/Bros VII on January 31st. Braving rain and traffic was compulsory. Two newcomers from Fresno State, Zac Kyle (CA-IO ’13) and Tyler Jenkins (CA-IO ’14), attended their first Brews event. Both have recently relocated to the San Diego area. Bob Howard (Cal Theta’76) made his first-ever Alumni Association event appearance since graduation some 43 years ago, resulting in three representatives from the ever-proud Fall ’73 pledge class (including Rich Krantzman & Bill Marckwardt). A good time was had by all, and consensus verified that Green Flash clearly has some excellent brews. Stay tuned for Brews w/Bros VIII this spring at a date and location to be determined.
